MeChelle is a highly sought-after keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, renowned for her impactful presentations at prestigious events such as the SHRM annual conference and expo, HR Indiana, and the Training Magazine Top 125 conference and expo, among others.

She also contributes her expertise as an Associate Faculty member with IU Kelley School of Business.

And as a board member of the Peace Learning Center, a committee member with IndySHRM DEI committee, ATD- Learning Summit Committee, Gender Nexus governance committee and a dedicated volunteer with several community organizations.
