lets play games while training

Do you ever find yourself wondering if your learning is listening or engaged in what you are training?  Has anyone ever fallen asleep in your class?  Research shows that learners have to be engaged to absorb and retain what you are sharing.  When content is presented in a fun way, learners return to work excited and able to implement your ideas.  Come to this session and discover new ideas on how to give your content a rich, robust look that will enhance every learning experience.

During this session you will learn to:

  • Understand the research on adult learning
  • Design learning that will keep your audience engaged
  • Ensure that your learners walk away with the knowledge and skills you want them to acquire
