About the session: David Jarvis, Vice President of Strategic Consulting and Development at

People Performance Solutions, will present an impact study on the utilization of mobile devices

and the ECHO mobile app to test learner retention, reinforce learning thereby reducing "scrap,'

and collect data from users related to business impact. He will present other capabilities of ECHO

including real time coaching by managers or moderators and the benefit of the analytics to

various stakeholders involved with the project.
