About the session: A presentation and conversation about the importance of finding and

developing resilient leaders. While managing expenses during a recessionary environment is

prudent, companies should not lose focus on their investment in their leadership. Talent strategy

is a key imperative to an organization's survival through a turbulent economic landscape. The

session will define resilient leadership and highlight its importance, introduce research-based

insights about the personality of a resilient leader, and showcase data about the prevalence of

resilient leaders in various industries. The audience will be invited to share their best practices for

identifying and developing resilient leaders.

About the speaker: Kelsey is the practice manager for Hogan’s solutions partners team. She

supports Hogan’s partners in leveraging personality assessments in talent strategies.

Before Hogan, Kelsey was the senior manager, assessment and measurement at Macy’s Inc.,

where she led pre-hire assessment. As a consultant with Talogy, she helped clients integrate

science into the art of assessment. Kelsey majored in Psychology at Ball State University and received a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at IUPUI.
