ATD-CIC is proud to offer a number of events throughout the year, allowing Talent Development professionals to grow professionally and connect with one another.

Events include monthly educational programming, workshops, networking and social events and our annual conference, The Learning Summit.

Professional Development Events

As talent development professionals, we know ongoing professional development is the smart move. Yet limited discretionary time, work pressures and other demands often make it hard to invest in ourselves. That's why ATD Central Indiana offers members a choice in how they access programming — one that fits their location, their schedule and the experience they want.

In-person events have long been the hallmark of our chapter. Starting in December 2026, we're adding virtual programming. The cutting-edge speakers, relevant topics and chance to learn, connect and grow stay the same — we're extending that value to more members, especially those across Indiana for whom meeting in person isn't practical. 

In-Person Events

Launch Fishers is our home for in-person programming — built for those who value the energy and relationships that come from being in the room together.

Members: No cost

Non-members: $35 per event

Guest pass: Members may bring one guest free (one-time benefit)

Virtual attendance is not available for in-person events.

The same quality speakers and relevant topics, delivered live online — ideal for members across the state or anyone whose schedule makes travel difficult. Expect a highly interactive hour, not a webinar.

Did you know you can earn CEUs by attending ATD Central Indiana programs? It's true! ATD CIC is a recertification provider for both ATD and SHRM certifications. Each hour of programs attended equals 1 CEU for these certifications.
