There is no charge for Learning Management Systems Special Interest Group meetings, and these meetings are for members of ATD Central Indiana only.  Registration is recommended to ensure all attendees have a seating and resources available.

Join ATD-CIC President-Elect, Michelle Baker, from FORUM Credit Union as we discuss "What does an internal consultant do?" 

There is no fee for ATD-CIC Members to attend.

The role of the Learning and Development professional is transforming from that of provider of an organization’s learning and development program to that of a strategic business partner.

This transformation requires the development of consulting skills, allowing the Learning and Development professional the ability to act as a proactive advisor and provide key input into the strategic initiatives of the organization.

The Internal Consulting Special Interest Group explores the internal consulting process and skills needed to successfully implement the process. The group’s format will include sharing of best practices, hands-on activities, and expert panel discussions.
