Facilitated by MeChelle Callen & Michelle Baker

Friday, June 16th, 2017

A common dilemma for organizations is creating an onboarding experience that helps new employees learn and feel connected to the organization, as well as retain new talent and drive tangible business results. In this interactive session, participants will recognize the potential business impact of onboarding, identify onboarding stakeholders, communicate the importance and value of onboarding to senior leaders, and improve their existing program with easy-to-implement strategies and proven successful practices. After attending this session, participants will be able to:
  • Recognize the potential impact of the new employee experience on critical business metrics
  • Communicate the value of a comprehensive onboarding program to organizational stakeholders and business leaders
  • Improve their organization’s onboarding program with easy-to-implement strategies
  • Access an appendix of curated tools and resources on the subject of onboarding to use in developing or updating their current program
