  • The current landscape of Corporate Social Responsibility and what means for training and development professionals.
  • How principles of community engagement can drive impact in your business as well as your community.
  • The key reasons most CSR programs underperform
  • How to implement the 5-step B.E.G.I.N. process to align your organization’s mission and purpose, and attract, retain and develop your employees.


Meet Dora:

As founder and President of 3 Hawks Consulting and GivingSpring, Dora Lutz enjoys building out action plans that business, nonprofit and governmental leaders can use to live out their 'why' and make the world a better place.

Dora is a certified Shared Value consultant and leads the Global Strategy Council for Impact 2030, a United Nation's initiative designed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals through Volunteerism and Service,

Dora teaches social entrepreneurship at Purdue University, and serves on the board of Cancer Support Community of Central Indiana.  She loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, and sharing an Indiana craft brew with anyone working to pull off a big idea.
