Firing the Brain Booster Rocket:  Accelerate Learning and Innovation with Neuroscience

Facilitated by Kim Ruyle

Friday, April 20th, 2018

Innovation and learning are inseparable.  By definition, learning is acquiring the ability to do something new.  And similarly, by definition, innovation is the creation and commercialization of something new and different.  Learning and innovation are so closely related, they can’t be separated.  You can’t have one without the other.  Innovative organizations are learning organizations.  It’s that simple.  This session explores practical application of neuroscience principles to the accelerate learning, enhance memory, and drive breakthrough creativity and innovation.  Apply these principles to see learning in your organization skyrocket!

After this session, participants will be able to:

  • Accelerate shared learning in the team and across the organization
  • Create organizational strategies that will contribute to a learning culture and promote innovation critical to the firm's success
  • Apply neuroscience principles to enhance memory and accelerate learning
  • Effectively use intuition to generate insights that aren't captured by data
