Being a Pro- Troublemaker

Facilitated by Stefanie Krievens

Friday, July 20th, 2018

Learning and Development Pros often feel like they're pushing every project uphill or if they're involved it is not for positive reasons. The reality is that your job IS to change how things have always been done so that the company and its people can accomplish more or do something new together. Learn to embrace your role as a professional troublemaker and changemaker through these steps:

  • Build self awareness around your own perspective on change
  • Create self awareness for others on their tendencies toward change
  • Identify different types of conflict, their obstacles, and how to navigate each one
  • Equip your team and colleagues to mine for conflict, not ignore it

Meet Stefanie:

Stefanie Krievins focuses her coaching and training on workplace cultures that love their people and want them to stay and take ownership of their results. Her clients are typically leaders and teams struggling with conflict and stalled growth and want to innovate and grow again. Using solution-focused coaching methods, both individuals and groups find new solutions to old problems, work collaboratively, and design processes that skyrocket their success.
