What Makes a Successful Talent Development Leader?

Facilitated by the ATD-CIC Board

Friday, September 21, 2018

Training & Development. Learning & Development. Talent Development. Organizational Development. Human Resources. People Services. Performance Consultants.........whew!

As the corporate landscape evolves, the "business of talent" has certainly evolved as well. Our job titles may change, but the value we deliver to an organization remains the same.

Regardless of the title bestowed upon you at your organization, there are core competencies that are necessary for Talent Development practitioners to be successful in their roles. In this hands-on session, participants will engage in an interactive game to explore a variety of competencies, share examples of their relevance and necessity in a Talent Development role, and discuss opportunities to seek out ongoing development in those areas to be more effective in a current role, or prepare for long-term career growth!

This session will be co-facilitated by members of the ATD - Central Indiana Chapter board of directors.

Come prepared to immerse yourself in a truly interactive experience, and leave with a practical exercise that you can customize and implement in your own program!
