Using Technology to Embed Learning in the Workplace

Facilitated by Darrin Murriner

Friday, January 18th, 2019

Join Darrin Murriner, CEO & Founder of Cloverleaf and author of Corporate Bravery for an interactive discussion on embedded learning in the workplace.

Debunk modern learning myths before exploring new experimental and continuous approaches to embedded learning.  This session will end by discussing how continuous learning leads to behavior change and steps you can take within your organization.

Objectives:
  • Understand the difference between instructional design and experience design
  • Understand the difference between a linear approach and a continuous approach
  • Learn about technologies that can aid in learning outside the classroom

Meet Darrin:

Darrin Murriner has nearly two decades of experience with some of the largest corporations in America.  Darrin has worked as an outside consultant, led operations and finance teams, and worked in risk management.  These experiences provided the thesis for "Corporate Bravery", his book on eliminating a fear-based culture from the workplace.  In addition to his corporate experiences, Darrin has started businesses, as well.  He founded BabysitEase with his wife Peggy in 2005, with his latest venture starting in late 2015 when he co-founded Cloverleaf.  Cloverleaf is a technology platform for building highly productive teams.
