Virtual trainings can be hard since you can’t see your learners. Well, you can if you use a web cam. But do you need to get all made up just for class? No! There are lots of tools you can use to engage your learner both visually and through interaction. Some are built into your platforms: Thumbs Up, Breakout Rooms, and Chat. That's cool. But you can do SO much better!

In this session, my learning objective is for you to walk away bewildered. Yup, I want you to leave with so many great ideas in your head that you'll need to consult the job aide (yes, there will be one) over and over again. How will I accomplish that? I'll cover one platform agnostic tool every three minutes during the session. What, you challenge me to try to do it? Challenge accepted! Come prepared to use tools you know, and some you may not. If I miss any of your favorites, there will be time at the end to share your fav.

There is no charge for the Facilitation Special Interest Group meetings, and these meetings are for members of ATD Central Indiana only. Registration is requested to ensure all attendees have seating and resources available.
