The Modern Workplace: Grow. Execute. Differentiate.

Facilitated by Kristen Campbell

Friday, May 17th, 2019

The pace of change in the workplace has accelerated the need for talent development specialists to have a relentless focus on the acquisition, growth, development and retention of the talent in their organization. Expectations from senior leaders, as well as prospective hires, have never been higher. While the role of technology for data collection and reporting has provided valuable insight in enhancing the “human” workplace, the type of engagement that meets our most basic human needs continues to be people engaging people. Inspired by her work as a health coach and her own personal journey through the employee experience, Kristen will breakdown her successful coaching techniques and showcase the best investment you can make in your company—to make people feel seen, heard, and known.

This interactive and self-reflective event will provide attendees with a deeper insight into the modern workplace and current generational landscape, as well as map out how anyone in the organization can be a leader and influence the organization’s culture, productivity, morale and profitability.

Agenda:
  • Effective coaching strategies to implement at any level of the organization
  • The three qualities every team member, especially leader, should possess
  • The role everyone can play in producing a more positive engaged workplace

Meet Kristen:

Kristen Campbell's innate desire to “help people”, and her formal education in physical and behavioral sciences, has led to career stops in physical therapy, the NFL, corporate wellness and now employee benefits consulting. As an experienced health coach and consultant, Kristen finds her greatest joy and responsibility in working with leadership to create a culture and environment that truly allows for individuals to thrive. Kristen’s mission to make every human feel seen, heard and known is a personal one for her and she is committed to spreading that message everywhere she goes. Investing in human beings so they can invest in another human being is the ultimate ripple effect that will change our world and our workplaces.
