September topic - A Taste of Change!
Facilitated by: Rusty Shields, Smithville Communications
Description:
Change Management? What is that? How can I apply this methodology to what I do? Whether you are communicating a change to a current process, told you are training a new hire TOMORROW, or changing the way someone does their job, we tend to get a little uncomfortable, resistant, or down right negative. I would like to share pearls of methodologies, strategies, and information that can be linked together to assist in this transition, and it all starts with candy! The "Warhead Challenge" will leave your taste buds thirsting for more! Remember those extremely SOUR candies we all loved as a kid? This one candy will have you applying Change Management to everything you do! Hold on to your seats, and get ready for A Taste of Change.
