Lisa Toenniges is the owner and chief executive officer of Innovative Learning Group, a company she founded in March 2004. A dynamic and respected leader, Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in the performance improvement industry and has consulted with many Fortune 1000 companies about their learning and performance strategies and solutions.
ILG was born out of Lisa’s passion for building a business, providing for her employees, and doing what is right for clients. Her entrepreneurial spirit, positive outlook, and hands-on leadership style have been the drivers behind ILG’s profitable annual growth.
Lisa has devoted more than three decades to the International Society for Performance Improvement and last served on its board of directors as past president. She also is a Certified Performance Technologist.

Who We Are: The Association for Talent Development Central Indiana Chapter (ATD-CIC) is a professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees in organizations in Central Indiana. The association was previously known as the Central Indiana American Society for Training & Development (CIASTD).
What We Do: We support the talent development profession by providing trusted content in the form of research, books, webcasts, events, and education programs. We host a variety of conferences several times a year, including the premier international gathering for talent development practitioners.
Why Fort Wayne? CIC helps Talent Development practitioners connect, learn and share and recognizes that having a Geographical Interest Group [GIG] in Fort Wayne broadens its’ reach to Northeast Indiana practitioners.
