The Talent Development Essentials Community of Practice is for people who have been given responsibilities related to developing and/or delivering training within their organizations and are looking for a greater understanding of the Talent Development profession.  You don’t need to have “Training” or "Talent Development"  in your job title. If this sounds like you, this is a great place to connect with other professionals interested in learning more about our industry!

Session topic: From Competency to Capability

In this interactive, virtual session, we will review the new ATD Capability Model and discuss what the change means to the Talent Development profession.  Due to high demand from our recent face-to-face discussion, we are excited to bring this session back in a live, virtual format!

Whether you are an ATD-CIC member or not, please join us - all are welcome!
