Slides are the way we communicate visually, yet the ones we see are so crowded with words, images, & data that we have no clue what they’re saying! How can we create slides that clearly convey our message without scaring our audience? We’ll use quick, easy Slide Rules based on skills you already have to turn confusing slides into compelling ones that make your point easy to see, understand, and remember. We’ll discuss, demonstrate and apply the rules to real-world example slides.

In this engaging, interactive program with award-winning presentation consultant Wendy Gates Corbett, you will learn to:

-Evaluate slides to select the key idea to focus the audience’s attention

-Apply the rules for creating slides that clearly communicate with words, images, and/or data

-Learn time-saving tips for creating great slides quickly using slide skills you already have

-Explore great resources for slide design tips, know-how and inspiration
