Topic: Onboarding and the Great Resignation

We’re in a unique time as businesses across industries are dealing with what has been called the Great Resignation. This opens up new opportunities to approach and re-think onboarding. It is more critical than ever that new employees have positive first impressions as well as learn new skills and how to navigate new organizations quickly.

No book on this first session. Come and make suggestions on a potential longer read in these areas.
