Session Description

This “case study” presentation explores the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of The LEAD Program (Leader Education and Development). We will focus on learning theory and design including concepts and topics such as: synergogy, heutagogy, cognition, and motive development as well as profound principles, and the 3-I Organizational Learning System. The Success Case Method will be discussed, and actual results will be reported. The session features audience involvement and open discussion / Q&A.

Session Takeaways/Outcomes

As attendees to this program, members will:

  1. Be exposed to a non-traditional “leadership” program.
  2. Be introduced to a principle-based transformational learning process focused on cognitive restructuring and motive development.
  3. Experience applications and simulations of synergogy and heutagogy.
  4. Learn about the Success Case Method of Program Evaluation, and the results of an actual project.
