Book: Design Thinking for Training and Development: Creating Learning Journeys that Get Results by Sharon Boller and Laura Fletcher.

Learn how to adapt tradition design thinking for training and development projects, going beyond the user experience (UX) to the learner experience (LX). Design thinking is about balancing the three forces acting on training and development programs: learner wants and needs, business needs and constraints.
