ABOUT the Session

Come and join the Fort Wayne ATD-CIC GIG for a robust discussion on "Our Learning Value Story." The group will explore this topic from a quantitative and qualitative lens plus they'll discuss the following questions:

• How are expectations for leaders changing in our organizations?
• How does this affect leaders' development needs?
• How must Talent Development evolve in response to these and other workplace influences?

Who is ATD? The Association for Talent Development Central Indiana Chapter (ATD-CIC) is a professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees in organizations in Central Indiana. 

What Does ATD Do? We support the talent development profession by providing trusted content in the form  of research, books, webcasts, events, and education programs. We host a variety of conferences several times a year, including the premier international gathering for talent development practitioners.

Why Fort Wayne? ATD CIC helps Talent Development practitioners connect, learn, share, and recognize that having a Geographical Interest Group [GIG] in Fort Wayne broadens its reach to Northeast Indiana practitioners.
