ATD-CIC is hosting a virtual coffee house for our members and guests!

The coffee shop will be open from 8 to 9:30 am – and just as you do at your local coffee shop, come as you can. Drop in for 15 minutes or an hour. Join at any time in the hour and a half window for a facilitated, collaborative conversation where you can share ideas, gain insights, and grow your network. There will be a rich conversation – you just need to bring your own cup of coffee or tea!

Meet your Barista

Bob is a member of the Apeiron Network and the owner of The Growth Coach of North Indianapolis.  Bob brings over 30 years of a wide variety of experiences to bear having worked in some of the largest OEM businesses in the world as well as the smallest (including his own).  

Bob considers himself to be a Synergist/Integrator – a coach who enhances the effectiveness of a leader and their team and increases the speed of change, bringing disconnected pieces of a business together into a cohesive, scalable machine….also a connector – putting the right people at the right time in front of clients to solve more challenges than they can solve themselves.  

Bob has a B.S. Degree from Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering Technology and has worked in and around small, large, local, and global companies such as Rolls-Royce, Cummins, Quest-Global, and Qantas. Bob has led both small and large teams, developed and coached many leaders over 30 years, and developed and managed new scalable teams and processes along the way.
