In today’s world, we are often challenged to achieve more with fewer resources. Budget cuts, leadership transitions, and a growing demand for training due to an aging workforce or high turnover rates are pressing concerns. How can we effectively increase our output under these constraints?

This discussion will delve into key factors affecting productivity, explore technology and tools that can streamline processes, and assess the narrative training professionals should adopt. At what point do we decide that "good enough" is truly sufficient?
