Blue is ranked as the 54th largest CPA firm in the U.S. (by Accounting Today) and Blue believes strongly in the development of future leaders. Jan has been with Blue for 4 years and during that time has created an advanced leadership program that is helping Blue successfully grow their leadership talent. Blue’s advanced leadership program has been featured in Inside Public Accounting magazine and was recently featured in the Cincinnati Inquirer for their approach of developing leaders through philanthropy.
