Cultivating Candor: Mastering the Art of
Giving & Receiving Feedback

In today’s fast-paced environment, candor is a competitive advantage. This interactive session equips leaders to give clear, actionable feedback using the SBI model and future-focused approaches that drive growth. Participants will also strengthen their ability to receive feedback with openness and resilience. The result: stronger trust, greater accountability, and a culture where transparency fuels performance and innovation.

  • Understand the importance of feedback in creating a culture of candor, trust, and equity.
  • Apply a practical model (SBI + Future Focused Feedback) for giving effective, respectful, and clear feedback.
  • Build emotional resilience and psychological safety when receiving feedback.
  • Practice feedback behaviors that align with principles of transparency, trust, and inclusion.
