Customer Support Excellence: More than checking the box

In this session, Jenni Smith, Cummins Customer Support Excellence Leader, and Jennifer Bertram from Bottom-Line Performance, will share how they have partnered over the past two years to create a Customer Support Excellence training curriculum and some targeted bridge messaging communications for all Cummins employees worldwide. They'll share how they used training to drive a customer-focused culture, and how they incorporated communication (including posters, webisodes, and blogs) to reinforce urgency and offer support for the organization's culture shift. They will also provide practical tips and advice for working on multi-course curriculums and the lessons they've learned.
