Gerald Bush is an Apeiron Network member and owner and Chief EQ (Emotional Intelligence) Officer for GBKB Consulting, an emotional intelligence, management and leadership-consulting firm. Gerald has spent 20+ years in corporate America leading change management, DE&I, leadership development, employee engagement/retention, and labor & employee relation’s strategies that resulted in organizational transformation. Gerald is an EQ Practitioner, EQ Certified Coach, ICF Certified Coach, Certified Trainer/Facilitator and SHRM-SCP. Gerald understands what it takes to develop consultative business solutions and recommend programs that align with the mission and vision of an organization. Gerald received his BA from Alcorn State University (Business Management) and master’s from Indiana Wesleyan University (HR and Strategic Thinking). Gerald serves as VP of Membership for Indy SHRM.

Bob is a member of the Apeiron Network and the owner of The Growth Coach of North Indianapolis. Bob brings over 30 years of a wide variety of experiences to bear having worked in some of the largest OEM businesses in the world as well as the smallest (including his own).
