SESSION 2: 10:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. ET (separate registration required here)
People say the darndest things! Sometimes, our words become miscommunication with family, friends, and colleagues. Are they your age? Older? Younger? Could diversity be a barrier? Join us to discover your communication style and preferences while learning to appreciate the differences of others. Believe it or not – we don’t all communicate the same way. Organizations and teams must constantly work to ensure everyone is heard and included to maximize productivity, potential and success. Diversity of thought and communication are integral to these attributes. Come together with us to become truly self-aware and learn more about communication, generations, attitudes, and adaptability. These attributes will give you a positive edge at your job and in your daily life. You will immediately be able to apply what you learn in this session and leave with positively actionable skills and ideas that work for you, your team, and your organization.
