Session Description

In the last 2 years, we learned that innovation is critical for supporting continuous upskilling and reskilling. Convert your existing learning (eLearning, videos, etc.) into competency-based experiential learning people can use to learn while working. This eliminates excuses, maximizes learning effectiveness, and makes lifelong learning a reality.

Session Takeaways/Outcomes

As attendees to this program, members will:

1. Be able to convert existing learning content into competency-based experiential learning.

2. Be able to formalize and operationalize the new experiential learning content.

3. Consider ways to provide learning in the flow of work vs. stopping work to learn.
