Session Description

Join a panel of your ATD CIC colleagues as they share their experiences and insights related to Strategic Business Partnering.  This workshop is structured around an article published in the August 2022 TD Magazine entitled "Bring Stakeholders into Alignment" by author Juan Mavo-Navarro. We suggest this as a reading assignment prior to the workshop.

The September Monthly Program aligns to the ATD Capability Model as it considers Consulting & Business Partnering.

1. Remember the components of relationship management that lead to successful stakeholder alignment and engagement.
2. Develop insights into common pitfalls that derail stakeholder alignment.
3. Recognize the importance of aligning talent development to business strategies.
