Session Description

2023 is right around the corner – are your Leader Development efforts aligned with business needs and leader capabilities required in a complex work environment?  In this facilitated discussion, members will consider leader capabilities for a complex world, imagine the evolving role of a leader within organizations, and consider the response of Talent Development  professionals.  The diversity of thought and experience will make this a rich discussion.  We hope you will attend and lend your voice.

The October Monthly Program aligns to the ATD Capability Model as it considers Future Readiness & Career and Leader Development.

About the Moderator

Michelle Baker is VP, Organizational Development at FORUM Credit Union where  she leads the Talent Development team.  She is a longstanding member of ATD CIC and has served in multiple leadership roles for the chapter as well as National ATD.
