Session Description

How do you know your organization’s training endeavors have any impact? Many organizations pour money down the drain by focusing on content but not training tactics that ensure learning is taking place. If this happens, the training doesn’t stick, and it does not help the organization’s bottom line.

Dr. Ali Atkison will present brain-based tactics that will help ensure that when you conduct organizational training, the training sticks.
