ATD-CIC is hosting a virtual coffee house for our members and guests!

Our "coffee shop" will be open from 8 to 9:30 a.m., and just as you do at your local coffee shop, come as you can. Drop in for 15 minutes or an hour. Join at any time in the hour-and-a-half window for a facilitated, collaborative conversation where you can share ideas, gain insights, and grow your network. There will be a rich conversation—you need to bring your own cup of coffee or tea!

Meet your Barista

Molly Schultz is a seasoned instructional designer passionate about creating engaging and effective training solutions. With five years of experience developing and delivering virtual synchronous, asynchronous, and live in-person training, Molly brings expertise to every project.

With a master's degree in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University, Molly has the knowledge and skills to design and implement effective training programs that drive learner engagement and performance.
