Training is often treated as one-size-fits-all—but real learning doesn’t work that way. Time, budget, and competing priorities add to the challenge, and traditional approaches can unintentionally leave learners behind.
This session explores how to design inclusive learning environments where all learners can thrive, even within constraints. Through the lens of adult learning theory, accessibility, and neurodiversity, we’ll examine how Knowles’ andragogy and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) can shape flexible, engaging experiences for everyone. You'll walk away with practical tools, strategies, and templates to build learning that’s inclusive, effective, and grounded in cognitive science.
