Session Takeaways/Outcomes

The Pathway to Action organizes the collaborative planning process into five stages or spaces. In each space, team members reach specific understandings and agreements. With each new agreement, the team moves closer to its goal.

As attendees to this program, members will:

•  Facilitate conversations in a way that keeps everyone aligned in the same thought space at the same time.
• Build agreements using the model open, narrow, close on the problem statement before moving to and agreeing on the solution.
• Design project plans and meeting agendas that involve others appropriately, manage change effectively and guide teams toward successful implementation.

About the Facilitators

Eve Keller is the Director of Client Solutions where she enjoys putting all of her various educational and training experience into an organization that values the human experience while helping individuals and large organizations globally Work Together. In this role, she is able to maintain and create global partnerships for affiliate recruitment, account sales and management, as well as delivery of training programs and marketing webinars.
