  Beyond Self-Awareness: Unlocking the Power of 360 Feedback for Professional Development

  Assessments tell people who they are. They rarely answer the question that matters most: “What is it actually like to work with me?”

  
  

  While 95% of people believe they're self-aware, only 10–15% actually are (Harvard Business Review). The gap between intent and impact erodes trust and stalls performance, and it isn't limited to people with titles. Anyone who influences others, from senior leaders to individual contributors, benefits from seeing how they come across.

  
  

  Jerry Toomer shows how 360 feedback turns awareness into behavior change, including how behavior-based tools like action360 measure impact at every level across four cornerstones: Credibility, Cohesion, Momentum, and Amplifying Impact. You'll also get a practical guide to the 360 landscape and a chance to turn the lens on your own impact.
