The Journey to a New System Core: Training Strategies and Insights for a Conversion
In today’s rapidly changing digital landscape, converting to a new system can ensure your organization is prepared for the future with improved operational efficiencies and adaptable to new technologies.
This discussion will highlight strategies and key components for training and development teams to consider for a successful conversion. How do we keep staff engaged, supported, and prepared so they hit the ground running instead of running for the door?
Our speaker will be Natalie Varda, VP Employee Experience, Partners 1st Federal Credit Union. Natalie has been with Partners 1st for 20 years and has led the training department and frontline teams through both a digital banking conversion in 2016 as well as a core system conversion 2024.

Is there an L&D challenge keeping you up at night? Would you like to brainstorm in a peer supported environment? Well, grab a club and crush a golf ball into the ether! It really is therapeutic.
Participants will buy their own food and drinks, but the golfing activity was graciously donated by another ATD-CIC member. Here's a hint... she's my favorite L&D member of all time!
